Innovice Technologies: Simple Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

By accessing or using the Innovice Technologies website and platform (the “Site“), you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use the Site. These terms form a legally binding agreement (“Agreement“) between you and Innovice Technologies.

 

2. Purchases, Refunds, and Repairs

  • Final Sales: All products (goods) sold and delivered are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Repair Responsibility: You, the customer, are solely responsible for all costs and expenses related to the repair of any products you purchase.

 

3. Innovice Services and Accounts

3.1 Services Overview

This Agreement grants you access to the services offered on the platform (the “Services“), as specified when you use them.

3.2 Accounts (User Registration)

  • Account Required: While you can browse the Site without one, you must create a personal and unique user account (“Account”) to use the Services.

  • Premium Services: To access some enhanced features or content (“Premium Services”), you must create an Account and purchase the relevant service available in our online shop.

3.3 Account Security and Credentials

  • Account Credentials: When you create an Account, you will receive a unique username and password (your “Account Credentials“).

  • Your Responsibility: You must keep your Account Credentials confidential and are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to do so. You agree not to share your credentials or allow anyone else to access the platform through your Account.

  • Unauthorised Use: If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must immediately change your password and notify us at innovicetechnologies@gmail.com.

3.4 Account Information

You agree to provide us with accurate and truthful information when creating and updating your Account. Specifically, you agree that you will:

  • Do not create false or duplicate accounts.

  • Update your personal information promptly when requested.

  • Do not share, sell, or transfer your Account Credentials.

  • Choose a username that is lawful and appropriate. Innovice Technologies reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate this policy.

3.5 Account Verification

If you do not verify your Account via the confirmation email within one month of creating it, your Account will be automatically deleted.

 

4. User Duties

You agree to use the platform and Services only in accordance with this Agreement. Your right to use the Services is personal and non-transferable.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Notice to Parents and Guardians

If you are a parent or legal guardian allowing your child to use this Site, the following applies:
