Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The item is wrong, damaged, or defective upon delivery
  • You received an item different from what you ordered
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging/accessories
  • Software, digital products, or items with license keys
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

If you received a defective/wrong item, we can exchange it at no extra cost.
