This 250W power supply turns mains AC into a steady 12V DC output at up to 20A. That’s enough to run several devices at once from one unit. A built-in fan keeps it cool during long, heavy use, so it suits workshops, shops and installations that stay on all day.
It is at least 85% efficient and has low ripple, so it delivers clean, stable power to sensitive electronics. Built-in protection guards both the power supply and your equipment if something goes wrong.
Key Features
- 12V DC output, 20A max, 250W. It can run multiple high-current loads.
- Built-in cooling fan. It stays cool under heavy, continuous use.
- 110V/220V selector switch. It works on Ghana’s 230V mains and on 110V supplies.
- High efficiency (≥ 85%). Less wasted energy and less heat.
- Low ripple and noise (< 120mVp-p). Clean power for electronics.
- Full protection. Overload, overvoltage and short-circuit protection.
- Aluminium alloy case. It’s durable and helps spread heat.
- Screw terminals. Mains and output wires are easy to connect securely.

Important safety notes:
- ⚠️ Set the input switch to 220V before connecting to Ghana mains. If it’s left on 110V, the unit will be damaged.
- Always disconnect mains power before you wire or touch the terminals.
- Connect the earth (GND) terminal for safety.
- Use wire thick enough for the current. 2.5mm² or thicker is recommended on the output for loads close to 20A.
- Keep the fan and vents clear so air can flow.
- For long-term reliability, aim to keep the continuous load around 80% of the rating (about 16A).
