Track Your Order

Enter your Order ID and the email address you used at checkout, then press Track. Your Order ID is on your receipt and in the confirmation email we sent you.

Have an account? Log in to My Account to see all your orders and their status.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What your order status means

  • On hold – we are waiting to confirm your payment (Mobile Money or bank transfer).
  • Processing – payment received; we are packing and dispatching your order.
  • Completed – your order has been delivered or handed to the courier.
