Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The item is wrong, damaged, or defective upon delivery
- You received an item different from what you ordered
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Items without original packaging/accessories
- Software, digital products, or items with license keys
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you received a defective/wrong item, we can exchange it at no extra cost.
