Key Functions
-
DC Voltage Measurement: Measures DC voltage from about 0.05 V up to 300 V.
-
DC Current Measurement: Works with an external shunt resistor and supports currents from 0.02 A up to 300 A (depending on the chosen shunt).
-
Active Power: Calculates real power (in watts).
-
Energy Consumption (kWh): Tracks accumulated energy over time (up to 9999 kWh).
-
Voltage Alarms: Allows setting high and low voltage thresholds for alarms to warn about unsafe levels.

How It Works
The module reads DC voltage directly and measures current through an external shunt resistor. It then computes real-time power and accumulated energy values and makes them available over the RS-485/Modbus RTU interface for microcontrollers, computers, PLCs, or monitoring systems.
Typical Uses
-
Solar power system monitoring
-
Battery bank health & usage tracking
-
Electric vehicle (EV) power systems
-
Energy metering for DC appliances
-
Industrial automation data logging
-
IoT energy dashboards
